On the Horizon – Road, Risk & Responsibility, March 26, 2026
We’re pleased to invite our members to an upcoming in-person seminar exploring how roadway safety, infrastructure, and public responsibility evolve alongside increasingly high-performance vehicles. Drawing on real-world engineering and transportation planning experience, this talk examines how modern roads are designed, regulated, and adapted to meet the demands of faster, more capable, and more technologically advanced vehicles – while continuing to serve everyday public use. From street design and traffic regulation to safety standards and daily-use considerations, we’ll take a closer look at the often unseen balance between performance, accessibility, and safety. This engaging Gallery presentation highlights how engineering, policy, and public behavior intersect – and the shared responsibility required to keep modern streets functioning safely for everyone. Registration is required and space is limited.
